Art of the Inner Journey: Part 1

This empowering series offers you the tools you need to navigate the physical, mental, and emotional challenges we all face as we walk this journey of life. Through breathing and meditation we will learn to connect to the higher wisdom within us and calm the fears and beliefs of our minds. Through yoga asanas and Ayurvedic Medicine we learn how to maintain and regain our health. We then move into the Chakra system of our energetic bodies and the spiritual nature of ourselves. Finally, we learn how emotions affect our DNA and the expression of our genes, leading us from dis-ease to ease and activating our youth and vitality chromosome. You will leave with a sense of personal empowerment knowing that you have the ability to respond to the challenges of life that come your way, creating a greater sense of security and well-being.
